Ingredients
1. Preheat the oven to 350° F (or about 175° C) . The pans will be placed in the middle rack of the oven.
2. Cut the bread in little pieces and place in a bowl, then add the milk to the bread. This makes the bread moist and easy to mix with the other ingredients.
3. Mince the onion, which means cut into small pieces.
4. Place all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. I didn't have finely grated cheese and I was too lazy to grate it myself. I just found the easiest thing in the store, which was a mixture of Parmesan and Romano cheese (the white spots on the meatballs).
5. Mix the ingredients by hand.
6. Make into balls about 1inch in diameter
7. Place pan in the over for about 30 minutes.
8. Let cool (not too much) and enjoy! Those two were ummm.... lost in the oven :p
9. You can have them as a side dish, which is what they usually are. Or put them in some red sauce.
